Do I need experience?

Nope! Not at all.
We love meeting fresh faces just as much as experienced models. What matters more than experience is:

A friendly attitude
A well-groomed appearance
A professional and reliable mindset
And of course, common sense!

Confidence in front of the camera is a huge plus, but they’ll help you grow into it too.

Does it cost anything to join?

We simply takes a percentage from any jobs we book you for.

Who are your clients?

We have worked with a ton of well-known brands — from car companies to beauty, fashion, travel, food, and tech.
Every day is different, which is part of what we love about the industry.

What “look” do I need?

There’s no specific look. We welcome:

All ages, sizes, ethnicities, and genders
Different styles, personalities, and backgrounds

We are looking for people who are friendly, confident, punctual, and presentable. If you hate being in front of the camera or struggle to speak up, this might not be the best fit — but if you’re outgoing and reliable, you’re off to a great start.

Got an interesting talent or story? That’s a bonus!

Do I have to be a certain height or size?

Not at all.
We represent models of all shapes and sizes.

Do you accept older models?

Yes — absolutely!
We get regular requests for older models, especially from big, international brands.

Can I be with other agencies too?

Yes — we are a non-exclusive agency, so you can sign with others.
That said, we don’t recommend joining too many agencies because:

Clients may “shop around” for the lowest price
You could get submitted for the same job multiple times, which isn’t good

Best bet: be with one or two agencies that focus on different areas (e.g., one for theatre, one for commercial work).

How will I know if I’ve been accepted?

If you’re successful, we will email you within 72 hours.
If you don’t hear back after that, assume it’s a no for now — but don’t take it personally! Try again in the future.

Keep an eye on all your inboxes, including junk/spam folders.

Do I need professional photos to apply?

Nope!
We just want clear, natural pictures to start. Use natural light and a plain background (like a white wall). Here’s what to send:

1 headshot
1 full-body photo
1 smiley photo (with teeth)

Minimal makeup is best — we want to see the real you!

How much can I earn?

There’s no guarantee of work or a set income — it depends on what clients are looking for.
Rates vary a lot depending on:

The brand
How long you're on set
Where and how the images/videos will be used

Jobs can pay hundreds to thousands of pounds, depending on the project.

I don’t live in London — can I still apply?

Yes, absolutely!
Just know that most shoots and castings happen in London, and not all clients will cover travel costs.
That said, many jobs are worth the trip — just be prepared to travel when needed.
